The Western Sizzlin concept was born in Augusta, Georgia in 1962.
Here’s where we are today:
- After over 40 years, we are still a family steakhouse with a passion for success.
- Over 125 locations in 19 states mainly in the southern portion of our great country.
- Future plans are for expansion in the entire continental U.S.
The Western Sizzlin brand concept is based on great steaks.
What makes it so successful?
- Our unique, seasoning Gold Dust® created by our founder gives our steaks a one of a kind flavor.
- Our steaks are cooked using the famous Flamekist® process that seals in the flavor that our guests expect.
- We serve only USDA steaks. Many locations are now serving USDA Angus Beef increasing guest satisfaction.
How does Western Sizzlin support its franchisees?
- Business and restaurant training – Your first stop on the road to becoming a franchisee is an intensive, focused training program.
- Site selection and design assistance – our team will assist with the site selection for using our prototype plans. Some of the interior design will reflect local preferences.
- An established network of suppliers located in all parts of the system.
