Western Sizzlin has a rich tradition of excellence that it shares with its customers, employees and franchisees. Nick Pascarella, son of an Italian immigrant, and his wife Nora opened the first Western Sizzlin in 1962. One of the many reasons that their steakhouse was successful was high standards for food and service. The steaks were trimmed of excess fat, marinated, seasoned and seared to seal in the flavor just as they are today.
Although our concept has evolved through the years, one thing has remained the same; Western Sizzlin still features USDA steaks. Our steaks are cooked using the unique Flamekist® process and seasoned with our very own special Gold Dust® seasoning. This combination gives you a distinctive steak flavor you can’t get anywhere else.
Where we are today?
Western Sizzlin currently has franchise opportunities in many sought-after markets; some near markets where we are already operating. The success of every Western Sizzlin restaurant owner is important to all of us. For this reason, business and restaurant training, site selection, design assistance and marketing plans are the first steps we take to help you as a new franchisee.
